About me

My passion for baking spans a lifetime.

What began as a hobby following the birth of my children has grown and grown culminating in the founding of Christines Cakes and Just Desserts.

Based in Oakley, Hampshire. I possess over 25 years experience in Sugar-craft and many more baking treats for my family.

Always keen to expand my knowledge, I attend courses on the latest trends in cake decorating and design. If you have something specific in mind I am always up for the challenge.

It is my belief that everyone should be able to enjoy the sweeter things. Therefore I pride myself on my ability to produce delicious desserts that comply with just about any dietary requirement.
